The largest member of the updated Homage family are 3.5 – way speakers of the same construction as the Serafino Tradition. They are fitted with the same treble (H28 XTR-04) and midrange drivers (M15 XTR-04). However , the change occurs with a pair of bass speakers. Amati Tradition use the W22XTR-08 with a lightweight 220mm diameter sandwich membrane . As a consequence of this is the reduction of the lower edge of the frequency response, so that the frequency response reaches an impressive 28 Hz to 35 kHz. Stronger woofers require a powerful amplifier, for the Amati a power amplifier with a power of 100 to 500 W is most suitable . The predecessor of the Amati Futura was a highly acclaimed loudspeaker, but the Amati Tradition raises the bar even higher. Thanks to the improvements , the flagship of the new collection is one of the best speakers that pleases the ears as well as the eyes.
